What the Recruitment module does
Recruitment gives HR one place to post open roles, collect applications through a public link, review candidates and run interview rounds with a panel. Managers can raise a headcount request that HR turns into a job posting in a couple of clicks.

- Draft
- A job saved in the first wizard step but not yet published. Drafts have no public link.
- Shareable job link
- A unique public URL created when you publish. Anyone with it can view the job and apply.
- Application
- One candidate’s submission against one job, with their resume and details.
- Interview round
- A scheduled interview with a title, date and time, one primary interviewer and optional panelists.
- Panelist scorecard
- Each panelist’s own recommendation (Pending, Reject or Approve) and written feedback for a round.
- Resource request
- A headcount request naming the hiring manager, branch, department, designation, skills and vacancies.
Before you begin
- Create the Designations you hire for — the job title field lists active designations only. See Departments and designations.
