Overview
Posting a job takes three steps: Job Details → Platform Selection → Publish. The job is saved as a Draft as soon as you leave the first step, and becomes live with its own shareable link when you publish.
- Recruitment
- Post a new Job
You can also click Post a Job at the top of Job Listing.
Step 1 — Job Details
Under Role & Type, choose the Job Title / Designation. If the list is long, pick a Branch and Department first — the designations are filtered by both.
Choose the Job Type (Full-Time, Part-time, Freelancer, Intern or Consultant) and the Workplace Type (Onsite, Hybrid or Remote), and enter the No. of Vacancies.
Enter the Location. This field disappears when the workplace type is Remote.
Fill in Compensation & Requirements: CTC, skills, qualification, experience range, candidate availability and certifications.
Write the job description in the rich-text editor. You can use headings, lists, tables and links.
Click Next: Platform Selection.
The job is saved as a Draft at this point and appears in Job Listing with a Draft badge.

Click Publish.
The Shareable job link panel appears. Click Copy to copy the link or Open to preview it as a candidate.
Click View Job to open the job’s detail page.

Frequently asked questions
A job is saved as a Draft when you click Next: Platform Selection and stays a Draft until you click Publish in the last step. Drafts have no public link.
