Getting Started

Create your account, set up your organization and find your way around Mocha QuickBill.

Create your account

Sign up with your name and email, then verify it.

    Sign up

    Enter your first name, last name and email address. If the email already has an account you will see "Email Address is already in use!" — sign in instead.

    Verify your email

    We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to verify your email. The code expires after 15 minutes; you can ask for a new one.

    Set your password

    Choose a password of at least 8 characters.

Set up your organization

Your organization is your own QuickBill workspace.

After your password is set, create your organization. This is where your customers, products, plans and invoices live.

In the same step you pick the product (Mocha QuickBill) and your plan. Once it is done you receive a welcome email: "Welcome to Mocha QuickBill — You're All Set!"

Sign in and stay secure

Login, two-step verification and automatic sign-out.

Signing in

Sign in with your email and password. Depending on your security settings, you may then be asked for one of these:

  • A one-time code sent to your email.
  • A code from your authenticator app.
  • Answers to your security questions.
  • A code to confirm a new device.

If you belong to more than one organization, pick the organization and the product you want to open.

Automatic sign-out

If you are inactive, QuickBill signs you out after your session timeout (15 minutes unless your security preference says otherwise). Five minutes before that, a warning appears: "We will sign you out in mm:ss".

Work with several organizations

One login, more than one business.

Use the organization switcher in the top bar to move between the organizations you belong to.

    Open the organization switcher

    It is in the top bar, on every page.

    Click + Add Organization

    The organization setup opens in a new tab.

    Fill in the organization details

    The same fields as in Set up your organization.

Your setup checklist

The Getting Started cards on your dashboard.

Open Dashboard and click Getting Started. You see a card for each area you have access to — work through them in order to get billing running.

You only see the cards your role allows. If you see "You don't have access to any QuickBill setup areas yet. Ask an admin to grant you permissions." ask your administrator for access.

You only see the items your role has permission for. Opening a page you don't have access to shows 403 Access Forbidden.
