Add the people and companies you bill, give them access to their own portal and see everything you've billed them.
Monitor your customer base and key performance metrics.
Open Billing → Customers. Switch the cards between This Month and YTD: Total Customers, Total Revenue, Avg Order Value and Growth Rate.

Use Search Customers to find someone, Import to add customers in bulk, and the PDF or Excel icons to export the list.
Billing → Customers → Add New Customer.

Let customers manage their own plan and pay their invoices.
In the customer form, tick Allow Access to Customer Portal. The customer needs an email address for this ("Email is required to enable customer portal access."). See Customer Portal for what they can do there.
This contact person will receive payment reminders.
Under Contact persons, click Add Contact Person and enter their First Name, Last Name and Email. Set the Role to Billing Admin so they receive payment reminders.

Everything you've billed one customer.
Click the customer's name in the list. You see their contact details and addresses, and cards for Total Orders, Open Invoices, Total Revenue, Avg Order Value and Customer Since.
Every transaction with Date, No, Due Date, Balance, Total and Status. Filter by Type and Status, or export to PDF or Excel.
Start a transaction for this customer straight from their page: Create Invoice, Received Payment, Credit Memo, Sales Receipt, Refund Receipt or Estimate.
