How this is calculated
This tool gives a directional estimate, not a guarantee — adjust any input above to match your real numbers.
- Hours saved / month = weekly admin hours × 4.33 weeks × 40% — a flat, deliberately conservative-ish assumption for how much of that admin work automation removes. We didn't make this adjustable because nobody (including us) can measure it precisely; 40% is a reasonable planning number, not a benchmark.
