Get Started with Online Payments in Minutes
Getting started is simple and needs no technical expertise. Here's how to onboard and activate online payments for your society.
Step 1: Open payment setup in Mocha
Go to Settings » Integration » Setup in your Mocha Manage account, then click Setup on the Cashfree card to begin merchant onboarding.
Step 2: Accept terms & start onboarding
Tick the checkbox to agree to the terms and authorise the connection. Click Next to move to the account details stage.
Step 3: Add authorised signatory details
Enter the authorised signatory details for the merchant account: Name, Email, Phone Number, PAN, and Website URL.
Step 4: Enter society details
Fill in society information: Legal Name, Entity Type, Category, Sub Category, PAN, GSTIN (if applicable), Registration Number, and Registered Address.
Step 5: Add settlement bank details
Enter the society bank account for settlements: Bank Account Name, Account Number, Account Type, and IFSC Code.
Step 6: Upload required documents
Pick the document type from the dropdown and upload the required files for verification, then click Submit to complete the application.
Step 7: Wait for review & approval
Cashfree reviews the merchant application and verifies the details. Approval usually takes 48 to 72 hours.
Step 8: Start accepting payments
Once approved, your merchant status changes to Active and you can collect maintenance payments online directly through your bills.
